I’m passionate about growing India’s soft power globally through cultural diplomacy & promoting cultural entrepreneurship.
Namaste, I am
ARUNIMA GUPTA
A scholar of Soft Power from India
I work towards building an ecosystem of cultural entrepreneurs and supporting them with mentorship and funding to create successful Indian brands. I also write at Center for Soft Power on various topics of interest about Indian culture. My commentaries on soft power, cultural entrepreneurship and foreign policy have been published on various media platforms and think-tanks. Previously I headed the Center for Strategic and Foreign relations at Rashtram School of Public Leadership (Earlier known as Vision India Foundation). I designed initiatives that focussed on building future leaders of India through experiential international exchange programs, learning modules on international relations and interactive workshops. I hold a Masters in International Relations from Leiden University, the Netherlands and a Bachelors in History (Honors) from Lady Shri Ram College for Women. I really enjoy gobi parathas. With a spoonful of homemade makhan. Yum.
I write on soft power, Indian culture & cultural entrepreneurship.
My work has been published in national news outlets & industry leading publications.
